Both fabrics are stretchy and look similar to faux leather. The skirt has a wide waistband with thin elastic sewn into the top of the waistband. ♦LENGTH: 9 to 10.5 inches (depending on size) ♦FABRIC TYPE: Shiny net is 90% nylon, 10% lycra.
