Walnut Butter Culinary Class (With Wine): June 6, 2026 11:00-12:30pm

CLUB MEMBERS AND GUESTS. Join La Mesa owner and winemaker Côme for an intimate culinary class to cook up your own amazing homemade walnut butter. Gather around and try cracking open some yourself while enjoying a glass of our Library wine. Step through this time-tested recipe to transform these special walnuts into 100% pure walnut butter. Fresh loaves of our legendary homemade sourdough bread will be on hand for a delicious taste. The walnuts we use in this class were harvested from our 50+ Franquette trees, planted in the 1950s. Franquettes are renouned for their buttery taste and low tannins; perfect for this special recipe. After the class, stay longer and sample our Weekend Bistro menu dishes on the terrace. Limited to club members only (4 max) includes glass of wine and take-home jar of walnut butter freshly made. $25 per person.
