Additional Ingredient - CPSR Add on

Want to add an additional Ingredient to your existing CPSR? No problem. Fill out your Responsible Person details, CPSR Reference number and Ingredient choice. This is for one added ingredient only added as a variant on your existing CPSR. We aim to return your completed CPSR update within 24/48 hours (weekends excluded), but please allow 1 week. Note: We can only add to an existing Revega assessment. CPSRs purchased elsewhere cannot be modified or added to. NOT VALID for fragrance add ons... see HERE instead for fragrances An ingredient being a single ingredient or diluted extract or active, not a cosmetic base. To add on a base such as melt and pour soap or similar you will need a separate CPSR for that product and the ‘sell together’ addendum. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO WATER BASED PRODUCTS - this is because new challenge testing would be required. If you have this done and can send us the report then we can add the ingredient.
