(double framed in a neutral inner and coloured outer frame, choices below) My style of painting is one which has developed over time and is still evolving with each new painting. Also I try to capture a sense of realism, of being there, without being a slave to photo realism. I think its also important to keep pushing the boundaries of what your comfortable with, not to settle into a formula of what works. All of my Original Oil Paintings are available in 3 different frames so you can choose the style that suits your home. The paintings are also available in Limited or Collectors Edition Prints. All prints are available in 3 sizes to suit any needs. The stunning Windermere village grew around the railway station, about a mile and a half from the lake. The village was originally called Birthwaite, but the railway company decided to call the station after the lake. Over the years, the village has become merged with the older lakeside town of Bowness-on-Windermere, though the two have quite separate centres. We have many cafes and Independent shops here. And a 20 minute walk brings you to Bowness-on-Windermere. The beautiful Lakeside with stunning views of The Langdale Pikes and so much more.
