Mulberry (Shahtoot) Plant (in polybag)

Height- 2 foot (Approx.) Common Name- Mulberry (Shahtoot) This is a fast growing plant. It will start yielding fruit at height of 3 feet also. It can attain size of a tree in 3 years. Watering & Sunlight: It likes direct sunlight. We should water it, whenever the soil of your pot becomes dry. Soil: Drainage in pot is necessary by making sufficient holes in bottom. To make the ideal potting soil, 20 % drainage media (river sand/ Leca/ Perlite/ Pumice or rice husk- use any one of them), 20 % vermin – compost and 60% garden soil should be used. Uses: As edible fruit .
