These pieces are in tribute to the incredible range of Japanese observation, appreciation, and consciousness around snow. I have been inspired to also write poetry from the same source. This field is so rich – these can only ever be extracts taken from an infinite progression of nature. The states do not often last long – these pieces are thus short. I hope the atmosphere set up by each can heighten the appreciation, perception and consciousness of this beauty.
