What You’ll Learn By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: Explain the role of core bracing in spinal stability, load transfer, and overall exercise safety. Identify and correct common bracing errors during foundational movements such as squats, hinges, overhead presses, planks, and direct core work. Coach and implement a progression of core bracing drills and cues that help clients apply bracing consistently in workouts and everyday movement.
