MasterClass: An Immersive Hands-On Culinary Week at the Farm
Over the course of the week, guests will move between the kitchen, gardens, larder, and table while exploring the foundations of confident home cooking. The program will include hands-on instruction in kitchen tools, knife skills, stocks, sauces, seasonal cooking, herbs, eggs, dairy, preservation, pasta, dough, baking, and wood-fired cooking. Throughout the week, guests will harvest from the gardens, cook with farm ingredients, learn from guest instructors, and prepare shared meals together. The class will also touch on the art of relaxed entertaining, from simple appetizers and seasonal beverages to garden flowers, table setting, and planning ahead. The experience will culminate in a celebratory farm supper, bringing together the skills, recipes, ingredients, and techniques explored throughout the week.
