Carol of Creation

Sean Paul sets the traditional carol “The Holly and the Ivy” to rich four-part harmony, and adds a new refrain with text written by Hollie Grubb. All four parts join at the chorus, calling us to sing carols to God, thanking Him for Jesus' birth. A majestic restatement of the chorus contrasts with a lighter treble texture that closes the piece gently. An optional flute part adds a lyrical quality and is included.
