Warhammer RTT - Monthly Warhammer RTT 2026-08-30 10:00:00 Fantasy Forged RTT – Player Pack What to Expect A Rogue Trader Tournament (RTT) is a short-format competitive Warhammer 40K event. This RTT is designed to provide a structured tournament environment while helping players become familiar with competitive play and event procedures. Players will compete in three rounds of matched play using the current mission deck, all played in a single day. Pairings, results, and standings will be managed through the Best Coast Pairings app. Hygiene & Personal Conduct In consideration of the shared play space and the comfort of all attendees: Players are expected to arrive with appropriate personal hygiene suitable for a full day of close, in-person gaming Strong or disruptive odors (including body odor, unwashed clothing, or excessive fragrance) that negatively impact the experience of others may be addressed by event staff Tournament staff reserve the right to request corrective action, including stepping away from the play area to resolve the issue Repeated or unaddressed hygiene concerns may result in penalties up to and including removal from the event, at the discretion of the TO, without refund This policy is in place to ensure a comfortable, welcoming environment for all players and staff. Event Registration & Entry In addition to a ticket, players must register and submit their army list through our monthly events found on or BCP Organization Page: If BCP is full the event is full. Fantasy Forged: Cards and Collectibles | Best Coast Pairings Points: 2000 Rounds: 3 Entry: All tickets must be purchased through the Fantasy Forged Portal Painting: Encouraged, but not required Prizing: 80% of entry fees will be returned to the prize pool as ISC. Final prize totals will depend on total player attendance. Missions TBD: Will be decided at least 2 weeks prior to event and posted on BCP and updated here Important Information Painting is encouraged but not required Legends units are not permitted Your army's Codex must have been publicly available for at least two weeks prior to the event What You’ll Need A legal 2000-point army Dice Tape measure Codex and army list Objective markers Some will be provided, but players are encouraged to bring their own Third-Party & 3D Printed Model Policy This is a hobby-first event, and we recognize that players may wish to use 3D-printed models, conversions, or third-party components. The following guidelines apply to any model that is not an official product from the game system or an approved distributor: Models may not be direct copies of commercially available products or infringe on protected intellectual property All third-party or 3D-printed models must be approved by the Tournament Organizer (TO) Additional requirements: Non-standard models must not provide any in-game advantage Models must reasonably and clearly represent the unit they are intended to portray 3D-printed bits, bases of the correct size, and conversion components are fully acceptable Models may not contain significant elements from pre-assembled or pre-painted toys or models Player Code of Conduct Sportsmanship at Fantasy Forged goes beyond basic politeness. “Sportsmanship means being equally invested in ensuring your opponent has an enjoyable experience.” Judges or tournament staff may ask a player to step away from a table if tensions escalate. A small time extension may be granted if needed—this does not count as a yellow card A yellow card issued for table behavior will result in a round forfeit A second yellow card during the event will result in removal from the tournament without refund, and possible exclusion from future events at the TO’s discretion For full conduct expectations, the ITC Code of Conduct applies Player Clock & Time Management To ensure the event runs on schedule, the following time rules will be enforced: At the 10-minute warning, if the game cannot reasonably be completed, players may talk out the remainder of the game in good faith Any unresolved, game-deciding actions (such as key charges or objective combats) should be resolved by rolling dice When time is called, dice down immediately No additional rolls may be made All combat stops Final scoring is calculated based on the current game state 22
