Ceramic Whistle Workshop: Saturday • June 27th • 1pm - 4pm

Saturday, June 27th, 1pm-4pm, ages 18+ Taught by Chris Caillouet Materials, munchies, and gentle words of encouragement will be provided. Doors open 10 minutes before the workshop and close 5 minutes after we begin. ABOUT THE CLASS: How do you learn to make a clay whistle? Find a good tooter! Or, you can sign up for this workshop, where you'll take a lifeless lump of clay and make it sing! Armed with basic hand building techniques and a few special tools, you will build a working whistle from scratch, then paint it with colored slips in whatever manner you choose. WHISTLE WHILE YOU WORK(shop)! Your whistle will be fired and ready for pickup ~ 2-3 weeks after the workshop. *workshop tickets are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE if the request to cancel is made within 72 hours of the event. We are a small business, and the cost of last-minute cancellations and loss of ticket sales from transfers isn’t something we can absorb. Thank you for your understanding <3
