Baías e Enseadas Castelão 2017 Tinto
This wine undergoes fermentation in 1,000-liter sealed tanks at controlled temperatures between 22°C and 24°C, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It is aged for six months in used oak barrels. Collected manually in October, with a teor alcoólico of 12%, total acidity of 5.0 g/dm³, and total sugars less than 1.5 g/l.
