This coffee has mild acidity, a light body, floral and chocolate notes, and dark fruit flavors. It comes from the Sipi region in Uganda at altitudes of 1,500-2,500 meters, using the fully washed and sun-dried process. The varieties include Bourbon SL14, SL28, and Blue Mountain.
