It's a one hour session, one on one with our founder Paul, with your own espresso machine and grinder if you have it, or on one of our high quality Dalla Corte commercial machines. You'll learn all about coffee, from the grind to milk extrusion, from the bean itself to the pour. Everything you'll need to be able to make delicious cafe quality coffee in the comfort of your own home or office. Throughout, you'll also use our own London 1965 roast and we'll make sure your machine is fit for purpose and doing the job it should. It's a great way to become coffee confident and impress your friends, family, or that loved one who sent you on this as a hint!
