Mantra: Sacred Sounds for Inner Peace Meditation Workshop | Sat 21 Nov 2026 | Brunswick
Meditation Workshop We are all affected by music and tone, it is a language that bypasses our conceptions and touches our hearts affecting us viscerally. Why is this? What are the sounds that play at the core of our being and what do they mean? Mantras are the sacred sounds of Buddhism, revealing the vibrations that guide the states of mind we generate. If we understand this process we can take charge of the energy that flows within us, protect our mind from agitation, and manifest our full potential. Come along and discover how the mind is an instrument and just how beautiful the music it can produce is. Teacher.
