Plasson 496304 PN16 Electrofusion Tapping Tee
An electrofusion tapping saddle for adding a branch connection to an existing PE pipe run without cutting into the main. The saddle fuses directly onto the outside of the pipe with an embedded electric heating coil, after which the branch hole is drilled through the fitting using the matching tapping tool. Useful for connecting to live or in service mains without shutting off supply. Rated PN16 and suited to SDR11 pipe. Fitted with 4.0mm pins and compatible with Plasson's SmartFuse System, Fusamatic, barcode reading and manual control boxes.
