198 x 55mm (7.8 x 2.2") chef with an oak/resin hybrid handle. 125Cr1/15N20 carbon steel damascus blade. A classic chef in my style, thick spine with a capable heel, that tapers into a paper thin tip that whispers through onions. This knife has a nice weight and balance in the hand, and feels like a knife you could put through any kitchen task.
