High up in the mountains of Cajamarca lies Finca Artemira, a paradise of a coffee farm owned and run by Ebert Huaman and his family. It is green, it is lush and it has an abundance of coffee varieties grown and processed beautifully. This is one of Ebert’s more classic lots, but nonetheless just as delicious.
