Vintage 14K Gold Puffy Heart Pendant / Charm

This 14k gold puffy heart charm is from the 1970’s and has a Florentine finish that gives it a gorgeous matte glow. The heart is rounded in shape, semi-hollow and very durable, constructed by putting two convex hearts together to create a three-dimensional heart form. The lovely Florentine finish reads as many tiny lines brushed across the surface of the gold, bringing the gold to life. The charm has a nice V-shaped bail, closed by a tiny bit of solder on the back of the bail. A nice, delicate piece that is perfect on a dainty chain or on a charm bracelet. The heart measures 7/16” x 7/16” with a depth of 5 mm. The bail is 6 x 2 - 1.6 mm. From top to bottom the charm is 3/4”. It weighs 0.6 grams. Marked as 14k.
