Whether your aquarium is positioned near a television, couch, desk, walkway, or viewing area, this shade helps keep the bright LED glare out of your eyes and more of the visible light directed toward your aquarium. Adjustable Shade Angles The included brackets allow you to adjust both reflective polycarbonate shade panels to match your aquarium, mounting height, and preferred viewing angle. Choose between: Flared-Out Angle for wider light coverage and moderate glare reduction Flat Angle for a balanced combination of coverage and light control Narrow Angle for maximum glare and light-spill reduction Simply loosen the adjustment screws, reposition the shade brackets, and retighten them once you have selected your preferred angle. The AP700 uses an internal fan with air-intake and ventilation openings. Always install the shade correctly and ensure the fixture’s cooling areas remain clear and unobstructed.
