Now with 45 hectares of vineyards and 7 generations of winemaking under their belt, the estate is now run by George Lorents alongside his 3 daughters. Together they produce an exquisite range of Alsatian wines from some of the region’s best Crus. In 2009, they began converting the winery to organic agriculture, and by 2012 all of the wines they produce were fully organic.
