Compatible Locks The Keypad 2 is compatible with selected igloohome locks and ecosystem products. Unlock multiple devices simultaneously with one PIN code. The Keypad 2 is the perfect device for multiple igloohome locks, or to value-add to the Retrofit Lock. The compatible devices are: Mortise 2/2+ Deadbolt 2S Metal Grey Glass Door Lock Keybox 3 Padlock Delivery If you've purchased this product with any of our door locks, it will be delivered upon installation. Please present your invoice to the installer on the day of your appointment for verification and collection. Returns We accept returns within 14 days. Products must be undamaged and shipped in original packaging to be eligible for return. If the product has been paired to an igloohome account, it must be unpaired and reset to factory settings. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund value. Contact us at support@igloohome.us to initiate the returns process. 2 year Warranty We provide a 2 year Product Warranty to igloocompany Products (“Products”) sold in United Kingdom. Our Product Warranty covers original Products against defects in quality and materials under normal use. You can access our Product Warranty in full here.
