ACCU-fluor ST LED Fluorescence Illuminator for Stereo Microscopes
The ACCU-fluor ST brings affordable, high-performance LED fluorescence illumination to stereo microscopes with a parallel (Galilean/Common Main Objective) optical design. Purpose-built for organismal-scale biology, the ACCU-fluor ST lets you visualize fluorescently-labeled whole organisms, embryos, and tissues — without the complexity or cost of a traditional fluorescence system. Designed specifically for stereo microscopes utilizing a parallel (Galilean) optical design, also known as a Common Main Objective (CMO) configuration, the ACCU-fluor ST delivers simultaneous, matched illumination through both optical paths for a true, undistorted stereo fluorescence image. We offer dual and triple-channel illuminators (including UV, blue, green, and yellow excitation) to support the most common fluorophores used in model organism research. ACCU-fluor ST illuminators fit the UNITRON Z10 series stereo microscopes and most major brands of CMO/Galilean stereo microscopes. Stereo microscope fluorescence is the method of choice when you need to observe fluorescent signals across an entire organism or large tissue sample — structures and patterns that would be impossible to capture in a single field of view on a compound microscope. The ACCU-fluor ST is well suited for: Drosophila (fruit fly) embryos and larvae — GFP/RFP reporter lines, antibody staining, in situ hybridization Zebrafish (Danio rerio) embryos and larvae — whole-mount fluorescence, transgenic reporter lines, live imaging of development C. elegans (roundworm) — GFP fusion proteins, neuronal labeling, developmental biology Xenopus (frog) embryos — whole-mount immunostaining, microinjection reporter assays Mouse and other vertebrate embryos — whole-mount fluorescent antibody staining, reporter lines Plant tissues and seedlings — GFP transformants, root and shoot fluorescence imaging Dissected tissues and organs — fluorescence-guided dissection, gross anatomical mapping of expression patterns ACCU-fluor ST is compatible with stereo microscopes using a parallel (CMO/Galilean) optical design, including the following models: UNITRON (Models Z10, Z8, Z6 — CMO models) Leica (Models M50, M60, M80, M125 C, M165C, M205C — CMO models) Nikon (Models SMZ800N, SMZ1270/1270i, SMX18, SMX25 — CMO models) Olympus (Models SZX7, SZX10, SZX12, SZX16 — CMO models) Zeiss (Models SteREO Discovery.V8, V12, V20 — CMO models) CAT# DESCRIPTION ST-3231-BG Dual wavelength integrated LED fluorescence illuminator; FITC, TRITC/Cy3 and brightfield positions; EX: 460nm/30nm, DM: >495nm, EM: 520/40nm; EX: 530/40nm, DM: >565nm, EM: 605/55nm; must specify dovetails (included) ST-3231-BGV Triple wavelength integrated LED fluorescence illuminator with separate brightfield position; DAPI, FITC and TRITC/Cy3 positions; EX: 460nm/30nm, DM: >495nm, EM: 520/40nm; EX: 530/40nm, DM: >565nm, EM: 605/55nm; EX: 375/28nm, DM: >415nm, EM: 460/50nm; must specify dovetails (included) ST-3231-BY Dual wavelength integrated LED fluorescence illuminator; FITC, TRITC/Cy3 and brightfield positions; EX: 460nm/30nm, DM: >495nm, EM: 520/40nm; EX: 560/40nm, DM: >600nm, EM: 610nmLP; must specify dovetails (included) ST-3231-BYV Triple wavelength integrated LED fluorescence illuminator with separate brightfield position; DAPI, FITC and TRITC/Cy3 positions; EX: 460nm/30nm, DM: >495nm, EM: 520/40nm; EX: EX: 560/40nm, DM: >600nm, EM: 610nmLP; EX: 375/28nm, DM: >415nm, EM: 460/50nm; must specify dovetails (included) Brochure ACCU-Fluor ST Stereo Microscope Illuminator Brochure
