TORMORE 12 YEAR OLD

Tormore Aged 12 Years is a beautifully aged Single Malt, the perfect all rounder you can reach for every day. Non-chill filtered ensures a slightly richer and more luscious, creamy mouthfeel which in turn brings plenty of fruit flavours and nutty richness. Think peach cobbler with custard, soft spice mingle with notes of vanilla fudge, poached pears and cream. Toasted almonds and coconut build to a gently warming finish. Tormore use a lot of first-fill Bourbon casks for those vanilla custard notes, something you would pour on top of peaches. Tormore then add in Cream Sherry casks which will add in a slight sweetness from the Pedro Jimenez but maintain that kind of nutty profile. And then lastly, we use new wood toasted and charred casks, and these casks are building up a little spice that is going to give you length.
