Specification Value pH 7.2 Packaging 1 L SKU BTG-20-0100 The Filtrous BTG-20-0100 is a 20X transfer buffer concentrate formulated for Bis-Tris polyacrylamide gels, adjusted to pH 7.2 and supplied in a 1 L bottle. As a 20X concentrate it is diluted to a 1X working strength before use, reducing storage volume while preserving a defined ionic composition once diluted. The near-neutral pH 7.2 formulation supports controlled electrophoretic transfer of proteins from Bis-Tris gels onto membranes. It is intended for wet or semi-dry western blot transfer of proteins resolved on Bis-Tris gels prior to immunodetection.
