The spineless yucca — Yucca elephantipes — is the toughest architectural statement you can put in a bright room. Thick, sculptural trunks crowned with fountains of sword-shaped leaves: desert structure, without the desert's hostility — the leaf tips are soft, hence the name.Grown as a multi-trunk specimen, each plant is a small composition of staggered heights — one pot, a whole landscape.Best space & place. The brightest spot you have — it's one of the few statement plants that genuinely enjoys direct sun through glass. South-facing rooms, sunrooms, bright offices. Tolerates neglect with grace.Watering.
