Chilean Walnut Kernels

These walnut kernels come out of the shell already, in a mix of halves and pieces, with the deep ridges and earthy, slightly buttery flavour walnuts are known for. The Gold grading keeps the batch sorted for larger, lighter-coloured kernels rather than a mixed grab-bag of sizes. They hold up well in banana bread, granola, and salads, or eaten on their own as a quick handful of a snack. Because of their natural oil content, they're best kept sealed and used within the printed shelf life for the freshest flavour.
