👨🏼‍🌾 Champagne made by Simon Rion.This cuvée offers a complete reading of the estate and the Courmas terroir. 50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, vinified in stainless steel and concrete tanks, with a significant proportion of perpetual reserve in the blend. The wine is open and generous, with notes of ripe pear, hazelnut, brioche and citrus, and a full-bodied palate that tightens into a fresh and saline finish.
