Terme de Laureano Blanc (Cuvée 2) 2024
Macabeo from fifty year old vines planted some five hundred metres above sea level. The grapes were pressed directly to vats for around a year of rest, and this cooler vintage has rendered a pale, delicate expression of the grape that pairs citrus, salt and minerals to beautiful effect. A wine that screams for seafood cooked gently on the grill.
