Carefully crafted using a 48-hour Yeast Carbonic Maceration Natural process, this coffee is vibrant, fruit-forward, and packed with complexity. From the first sip, expect the botanical sweetness of juniper berries, followed by the delicate elegance of sparkling rosé wine. Layers of dark plum add depth, while a crisp green apple acidity keeps the cup bright, refreshing, and beautifully balanced. Grown by the Sirangalli Community, a collective of dedicated coffee farmers in Coorg working with the South India Coffee Company (SICC), this coffee reflects the power of community-led farming. By combining generations of coffee-growing expertise with innovative post-harvest processing, the community consistently produces coffees that showcase the unique terroir of Kodagu while pushing the boundaries of Indian specialty coffee.
