The Camp Axe head weighs approximately 2.25 pounds. It's ideal in handle lengths ranging from 19-28 inches, making it one of the most versatile "do-all" axes we offer. Throw it in the back of your truck or backpack; this heirloom tool will serve you well with most tasks around your house or in the forest. Our iconic original stepped poll lengthens the poll and affects weight distribution without adding additional weight to the axe head. Like all of our axes, the poll is hardened to prevent mushrooming. Optionally, you can choose to add a custom leather sheath below.
