Aphonopelma peloncillo 1/4”
size 1/4” This spider is rarely available, and even more rare as captive bred spiderlings. This species is fairly newly described in 2016 by Chris Hamilton, Brent Hendrixson, & Jason Bond. Known from the Peloncillo Mountains of southeastern Arizona and southwestern New Mexico. This is a typical slow growing, long lived Aphonopelma species. These burrowing spiders are most active between July and August in the monsoon season.
