Château de la Grange-Barbastre Sauvignon Blanc 2025
Built in the 15th century, the Château de la Grange-Barbastre belonged to the Barbastre family, Lord of the Grange, until the end of the 16th century. The property passed to the de Goulaine family in 1777. Planted on southeast-facing siliceous clay soils, this 100% Sauvignon Blanc is pale yellow in the glass with green hues. On the nose, it entices with notes of exotic fruit and white flower. With a slightly mineral attack, this Sauvignon is tender, fresh, very aromatic and full on the palate. Serve chilled with meats and goat cheese, or on its own as an aperitif!
