1970s Maison Regain : solid elmwood sideboard w/paneled doors, France

A gorgeous and clean design by the small French atelier Maison Regain - active during the 1960s and 1970s and often known for clean lines and honest construction. Like most of their furniture, this sideboard is constructed in solid French elmwood chosen for its warm color and a contemporary rustic viewpoint. Integral sculpted pulls are carved directly from the solid elm door fronts opening to three open cabinets with center shelf. Produced by Maison Regain, France (Rhône-Alpes region), circa 1975.
