Grown at 2,000 meters above sea level in Ethiopia’s renowned Guji region, this organic coffee is produced by Getachew Zekele, whose meticulous approach to farming and processing has made Tero Farm one of the country’s most respected producers. About the Producer Before becoming one of Guji’s most respected coffee producers, Getachew Zekele worked as an accountant. In 2008, he purchased land in Shakisso and began planting coffee, eventually founding Dimtu Coffee PLC to oversee every step of production—from farming and washing to milling and export. Today, his vertically integrated operation delivers exceptional quality and full traceability. In addition to Tero Farm, Getachew partners with approximately 700 neighboring growers, providing agronomy training, seedlings, pre-harvest financing, and quality incentives that help produce some of Ethiopia’s finest coffees.
