Arwibon Q12Plus Scooter Hydraulic Front Shock Absorbers

Replacement hydraulic front shock absorbers for the Arwibon Q12Plus electric scooter. This set includes one left and one right front shock absorber. The shocks are installed on both sides of the front suspension and work together to support front-wheel movement and absorb impact from uneven roads. Tools Required Allen key set Socket or wrench set Screwdriver if required Rubber mallet Clean cloth Front Shock Absorber Removal 1. Support the Scooter Place the scooter on a stable repair stand. Raise the front wheel slightly so the front suspension is not carrying full vehicle weight. Make sure the scooter cannot fall while the suspension is being removed. 2. Remove the Front Wheel if Necessary Depending on the installation space, remove the front wheel before taking out the shock absorbers. Disconnect or move any brake components that block access. Do not allow the brake hose or electrical cable to hang under tension. 3. Remove the Shock Mounting Hardware Locate the upper and lower mounting points for each front shock absorber. Use the correct Allen key or wrench to loosen the mounting bolts. Remove the left and right shock absorbers one at a time. Keep the original bolts, washers, spacers, and mounting hardware in order. 4. Inspect the Mounting Area Before installing the new shocks, check the suspension mounting points for: Cracks Bent brackets Loose bushings Worn bolts Dirt or corrosion Clean the mounting areas before assembly. Installation 1. Compare the New Shock Absorbers Place the new parts next to the original shocks. Check the length, mounting holes, left/right position, and lower fork direction. Do not install the parts if the mounting dimensions are different. 2. Install the Left and Right Shocks Position each shock absorber in the same direction as the original part. Align the upper and lower mounting holes. Insert the original bolts and spacers. Tighten the mounting hardware evenly. Do not force the shock into position if the holes are not aligned. 3. Reinstall the Front Wheel Reinstall the front wheel and any brake components removed during disassembly. Check that the wheel rotates freely and that no cable or brake hose is pinched. Final Check Push down on the front of the scooter several times. Check that: Both shocks compress smoothly Both sides return evenly No abnormal looseness is present No metal contact or binding occurs The front wheel remains centered After the first short ride, inspect the mounting bolts again.
