Morisseau Mussels grow in high quality sea water. We do not use any artificial feeding or preservative in our products. We only use sustainable farming practices to grow our product. Farming mussels for over 20 years. Our experienced sailors devote all their care and attention to the Morisseau Mussels throughout their year long rearing on bouchot poles. We strive to ensure optimal mussel growth while working with the tides. After harvesting, the mussels are meticulously hand stored in our boat-house.
