Mid 20th century Staffordshire porcelain Blue Jay figurine pair by Doubell Miller. A mirrored pair of North American Blue Jays. One figurine features the bird with an upright crest looking ahead, while the companion figurine depicts the bird bowing or leaning forward as if interacting. Both are beautifully hand painted in striking blue tones with subtle tones of pink at their chest. Perched upon white branches with hints of textured green leaves. One has obvious repair at base, as photographed. No other chips cracks, or repairs. Comes with original box.
