Decaf-ish Burnt Sugar & Smoke - TEA VAULT

This blend is in the Tea Vault, and is out of regular inventory rotation. You can still order this blend with minimum quantity 250g and a lead time of 2 weeks. Once in a while, a tea may come out of the vault for a limited time, when smaller amounts can be ordered until the tea is sold out again This is a mostly decaf version of the Burnt Sugar & Smoke. This blend uses decaf Niligiri black tea, but still uses Lapsang Souchong, a caffeinated black tea. The result is a fairly low caffeine version of the original. A tea that captures the scent of fall fires and caramelized sugar on cool air. Burnt Sugar & Smoke is a cozy, layered blend of rich black teas kissed with gentle smoke and warm notes of burnt caramel and maple The flavour is smooth and toasty with a hint of sweetness that lingers—like the last sip of a campfire latte. The smoke is present but never heavy, perfectly balanced by the deep caramel undertones and natural maple warmth. Brew it strong and add milk for a silky, indulgent latte that feels like autumn in a cup. Ingredients: black tea, smoked black tea, marigold petals, calendula petals, flavour.
