Glory of Devon Pea
Glory of Devon is a very old English pea dating back to the late 1800s. Now becoming increasingly rare, this once renowned pea was among the more popular "marrowfat" peas of its time, and in 1899 was awarded the prestigious Award of Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society. Glory of Devon is a fine pea with compact (for a climbing pea) vines that grow up to 3-feet tall and produce excellent yields of fat pods containing 6-8 peas each. We recommend given them support to aid with harvest and maximize airflow. Glory of Devon matures approximately 60 days after sowing. Each packet contains a minimum of 50 seeds.
