The Chama Glass Screen & Spigot Set is a complete kit for easily mounting glass in front of a bioethanol fireplace. The Spigot Set is purpose-built for ethanol burners installed into all types of stone surrounds, benchtops, plinths, and joinery up to 30mm thick. Designed to maintain an air gap between the glass and stone; required for an ethanol fireplace's cool-air intake to function correctly. The Spigot's size and form were carefully considered to keep its footprint as sleek and minimal as possible; hardware that holds the glass securely without competing with the overall design. The Glass Screen is 10mm toughened, ultra-clear glass, ready cut to size to match the burners we supply, and paired with our stainless steel spigot hardware Key Features Low-profile, minimal design - the spigots sit discreetly at the base of the glass, so you can keep the fireplace and stone as the hero without hardware interrupting the view. Made for stone - purpose-built for natural stone, porcelain and engineered stone up to 30 mm thick, so you can easily add a glass fire screen into your design without adapting generic hardware. Engineered air gap - a built-in gap under the glass keeps air flowing to the burner, so you can enjoy a clean, steady flame with your fireplace running the way it's designed to. Maximum stability - a wide-footprint stability plate spreads the load across the stone, so the spigot sits rock-solid without stressing the cut-out. Locked against loosening - self-locking hardware resists vibration and heat-cycle loosening, so the fixing stays tight for the life of the install. Secure, but serviceable - the glass locks in with retention screws so it can't be knocked or lifted out, and releases in minutes with a single tool if it needs to be removed. 10mm toughened glass - thicker than standard fire screen glass, built to handle sustained radiant heat, so you get a screen that holds up to daily use without stress-cracking risk. Ultra-clear, low-iron glass - none of the green tinge you get with standard glass, so the flame stays true and the stone and finishes behind it read exactly as designed. Your glass screen should be 300mm longer than your burner - this gives full flame coverage with a clean 150mm overhang on each side.
