For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible while honouring the commitments made to create your experience. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date: You will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the retreat start date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations made less than 29 days before the retreat start date: Unfortunately, no refunds or transfers can be offered at this stage, as all arrangements will have been fully secured.
