Brazil Moka Peaberry

Moka Peaberry comes to us from the venerable Daterra Farms. Only a very small percentage of coffee beans are peaberries - single round seeds which have not split into two halves. These high-flavor seeds are hand picked and set aside from the rest, then packaged as a separate lot at the farm. The beans are a blend of natural and pulped natural process, resulting in a very nice range of flavors with nice body and aftertaste. Daterra is Rainforest Alliance Certified™. Cup characteristics: An intense and sweet aroma is followed by almond notes in the cup, hints of jammy fruit, subtle body, delicate sweetness, and a lingering smooth finish. Whole bean, 100% Arabica Roast Level: Rich medium Recommended brew method: Aeropress, pour over, auto-drip, French press. Can be brewed as single-origin espresso.
