Kitsch Party Pigs Cake

A super cute and kitsch cake of Madagascan vanilla sponge and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, decorated with hand-piped buttercream pigs with party hats, bunting, balloons and candles. The sponge is soft and fluffy, layered with silky buttercream for a smooth finish. From the Chef The cutest cake I've made to date I think. I know I say this a lot but really, LOOK AT THIS ONE! Lemon – Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg, milk, buttermilk (milk), yoghurt (milk), sunflower and rapeseed oil, baking powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, natural lemon flavouring with other natural flavourings, vanilla extract, salt. Red Velvet – Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sunflower and rapeseed oil, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, colouring: Red (Vegetable Glycerine E422, Mono Propylene Glycol E1520, Water, Ponceau 4R E124, Allura Red E129). Cookies & Cream – Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sunflower and rapeseed oil, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, Oreo [wheat flour, sugar, palm oil, rapeseed oil, fat-reduced cocoa powder (4.5%), wheat starch, glucose-fructose syrup, raising agents (potassium carbonates, ammonium carbonates, sodium carbonates), salt, emulsifiers (soya lecithin, sunflower lecithin), flavouring]. Pistachio – Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sunflower and rapeseed oil, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, pistachios (nuts). Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, colouring: Pink (Glycerol, Propylene Glycol, E551, E104, E155, E129), Yellow (Glycerol E422, Propylene Glycol E551, E104, E110), Green (Glycerol, Propylene Glycol, E551, E104, E133), Blue (Glycerol E422, Propylene Glycol E1520, Silicon Dioxide E551, Water, E133, E122), Purple (Glycerol, Propylene Glycol, E551, E122, E133). Sprinkles: Sugar, Corn Starch, Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Dextrin, Soy Lecithin, Colours: E102, E110, E120, E129, E133, Glazing Agent: Shellac, Carnauba wax. *Although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across our range may include E102, E104, E110, E122 and E129, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children.
