Bergamot essential oil has a warm, citrus note that evokes a sense of calm and security. It helps you stay "centered" on a stressful day and prepare your mind for sleep. It also supports body relaxation – it soothes muscle and joint tension and eases stomach discomfort. This is a 100% natural oil, without any additives, obtained by cold-pressing. Its radiant, citrus-floral note is ideal for diffusion and fragrance compositions. For skin application, dilute it carefully to avoid sun reactions – approximately 2 drops per 30 ml of carrier oil (≈0.4%).
