Domaine Henri Boillot is one of Burgundy's most respected names, and this Volnay Premier Cru comes from the Les Chevrets vineyard on the slopes of the Cote de Beaune in France. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, it reflects both the finesse of the Volnay appellation and the domaine's precise, detailed style.The nose is floral and pure, revealing cool red currant, wild strawberry and spiced plum lifted by violet and a touch of sweet spice.
