Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness before undergoing traditional washed processing designed to maximise sweetness, clarity and structure. The region's diversity of elevation, climate and varieties contributes to a layered and expressive cup profile while maintaining exceptional balance. In the cup, expect crisp Gala Apple brightness, rich Golden Raisin sweetness and a lingering Sugarcane finish.
