Big Tree opens with crisp aromas of dry white grape and melon, has a light pale straw colour, and pours almost perfectly bright with a tiny, misty haze. On the palate, a punchy, grassy bitterness cuts through a medium body, delivering even more vibrant notes of melon and white grape alongside a tongue tingling finish.
