AFP Blackberry Aseptic Fruit Purée Concentrate is a seedless, high-fruit-solids ingredient developed for food and beverage manufacturers seeking intensified blackberry flavor and greater formulation flexibility. Unlike single-strength Blackberry purée, which retains more of the fruit’s natural water and maintains a Brix closer to its natural range, blackberry purée concentrate is produced by removing a controlled portion of that water. The result is a more concentrated ingredient that delivers greater blackberry flavor and fruit solids per pound while retaining the fruit’s characteristic pulp, body, color, aroma, and texture. Produced from carefully selected blackberries, this seedless concentrate delivers a deep purple color, rich berry aroma, and bold blackberry flavor with balanced sweetness and acidity.
