The back of the cummerbund is black satin for a comfortable fit and has a black elastic strap which is connects with an adjustable ladder lock buckle, as pictured. The cummerbund is 6 inches wide and is available is three waist sizes: LARGE - fits 44 to 54 inch waist MEDIUM - fits 32 to 42 inch waist SMALL - fits 28 to 38 inch waist With this cummerbund and bow tie set, you have the choice of Pre-tied or Self-tie bow tie.
